Terms of Service

Hi, darling. By using ZT Plush on Discord or visiting zt-bot.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully — they explain what to expect from me and what I expect from you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the bot to your Discord server, interacting with it, or using zt-bot.com, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and stop using our services.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction) to use this bot. If you are using the bot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

ZT Plush is a multi-purpose Discord bot providing moderation, music, giveaways, tickets, AutoMod, content extraction, translation, and other server-management features. The service is provided as-is, with the features available at the time of use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the bot for any of the following:

• Violating Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing
• Distribution of illegal content, malware, or phishing links
• Spamming, raiding, or abuse of bot features (e.g., mass-pinging via bot commands)
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the bot
• Circumventing rate limits or premium feature gates
• Reselling or redistributing the bot or its services without permission
• Using the bot to violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove the bot from any server or block any user who violates these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. Bot Availability & Uptime

We strive for 99%+ uptime, but do not guarantee any specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). The bot may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Updates and deployments
• Discord API outages or rate limits
• Hosting provider issues
• Force majeure events

5. Premium Features (Plush+)

ZT Plush Plush+ is a one-time premium upgrade priced at $8.99 per server. Plush+ unlocks additional features (verification gate, extended Message Logger, unlimited translations, etc.).

• One-time payment: Plush+ does not auto-renew. You pay once and the upgrade persists for that specific Discord server.
• Server-locked: license keys are tied to a specific Discord server (guild ID) and not transferable between servers.
• Refunds: available within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
• Recurring add-ons (PlushAddon): some advanced features (e.g., AI chatbot) may be offered as monthly subscriptions, which auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via Gumroad.
• Service termination: if we discontinue ZT Plush, we will give at least 90 days’ notice. Refunds for any active recurring subscriptions will be pro-rated.

6. Intellectual Property

The ZT Plush bot code, branding, and zt-bot.com website are the property of the creator (Doog) and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Anime references: ZT Plush is a fan project inspired by visual elements of Darling in the Franxx. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Studio Trigger, A-1 Pictures, or any rights holders associated with the series. See our DMCA page for takedown procedures.

Your content: any data you input into the bot (custom commands, welcome messages, ticket transcripts, etc.) remains your property. By using the bot, you grant us a limited license to process and display that data as needed to operate the service.

7. Disclaimers

THE BOT AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Use of the bot is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZT PLUSH, ITS CREATOR, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BOT OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or (b) USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZT Plush, its creator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the bot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in the support server. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the bot at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your use at any time by removing the bot from your server. Sections 6 (IP), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Liability), and 9 (Indemnification) survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The federal laws of the United States also apply where relevant.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

For users outside the United States: while these Terms are governed by Florida law, your local consumer protection laws may still apply where they grant you rights that cannot be waived by contract.
