DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

Overview

ZT Plush respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to the designated copyright agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied by ZT Plush (the Discord bot, the zt-bot.com website, or any related materials) in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (URL, screenshot, etc.).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Designated Copyright Agent

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent at the email above. The counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its location prior to removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., a jurisdiction where ZT Plush may be found).
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or accounts deemed to be repeat infringers.
